Introducing our New Initiative - Pilot 4 Justice

Pilot 4 Justice is an initiative developed by Pilot 2 Work CIC to address one of the most significant — and often misunderstood — drivers of long-term unemployment: having a criminal conviction.
For many people, the challenge is not a lack of motivation, skills, or willingness to work, but uncertainty, fear, and misinformation around disclosure. When and how to disclose a conviction, what must legally be declared, and how employers may respond are questions that frequently prevent people from applying for roles at all.
Pilot 4 Justice uses artificial intelligence as a supportive tool to help individuals navigate this complexity with clarity, confidence, and dignity.
